Lane Cove house has been designed for a family who values natural light and air as much as privacy. The house, for a young family, was to be timeless, liveable and light filled but with a layering of spaces that provided flexibility, separation and privacy.

Double height living spaces, carefully positioned windows and shading, Internal courtyard, natural and earthy material palette create a sense of lightness and openness whist keeping a level of privacy. In keeping with the brief for robustness, the house is simple and bold, with landscaping and form creating architectural features capable of withstanding time.
