We developed our own framework, nine connected pillars of development intelligence, because the conventional process loses value to fragmentation. It aligns vision, decision-making and delivery from the earliest idea through to completion, protecting early intent, creating the strongest product and carrying value through every stage. The pillars are not phases handed between teams. They are connected areas of intelligence held across the project, from the first definition of value to the decisions that determine what is finally built. We lead the vision and design intelligence, advise across the wider development and bring the appropriate specialist partners into each pillar where detailed expertise or delivery is required.
