About the Role
This is a full-time, primarily office-based role for a Senior Project Architect located in Sydney. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing several architectural & interior projects, ensuring design excellence, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key tasks include project management, preparing documentation sets and accompanying schedules, utilising Revit Building Information Modelling (BIM), and adhering to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. The individual will collaborate with our team to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience postgraduate, preferably in class 2 luxury residential, and/or wellness related projects.
Advanced Revit 3d Modelling & Documentation skills
Enscape & rendering skills.
Adobe Indesign skills.
Strong technical and documentation expertise.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage other architects/designers.
Experience managing stakeholders, clients, consultants.
Strong technical knowledge of relevant codes / standards in NSW
Confidence in taking ownership and working with consultants and contractors.
A collaborative spirit, with mentoring experience.
