An initial conversation is a first call or meeting, sometimes both, where we listen to what you are trying to achieve, the site or brief involved, and the kind of household the home will need to support. There is no commitment. We use the conversation to assess whether BY SOMA is the right practice for your project; you use it to assess the same.
