A boutique development of three apartments, including a double-storey rooftop penthouse, on a demanding site shaped by close neighbours, difficult access, and an established street character.
The design answers those constraints the way BY SOMA answers every site, by beginning with how the homes will feel to live in. Extended balconies open each apartment to the coast, and a carefully articulated form draws natural light and air deep into every room. The result connects each home to the surrounding landscape while protecting privacy and quiet in one of Coogee’s densest streets, so a dense site still supports a calm and generous daily life.
